I prepped with lotion and smashbox primer then used MAC eyeshadow in Winkle all around my eyes like a blue racoon since my eyes hate facepaint.
Then tackled the main blue with Ben Nye Magicake Aqua Paint in Calypso Blue. I sealed it all with more of the Winkle and a lighter drug store brand blue eyeshadow for the contouring. Then I shaded with Mehron foundation greasepaint in Monster Grey.
Topped it off with some blue lipstick I found on ebay in the same shade, some cheap one I don't remember the brand of. Painted my nails light blue with nail polish then went over my fingers with the Ben Nye the same way. To finish I just sprayed it all with MAC fixer spray since I didn't have any other stronger stuff on hand. It mostly stayed though because of all the eyeshadow!
Then I just had to spirit gum all the latex rocks to my face (each grouping is one piece)and get my sis's help gluing the ears on which I'd painted beforehand with the same stuff.
